Tips
1. Deleting an account is an irreversible operation. After deleting
all data information, your credit limit and discount services will
be deleted.

3. Deletion Process Instructions:
Step 1
The user must enter the mobile phone number registered with FastFund and the SMS verification code, then submit the deletion request.
Step 2
The FastFund server will verify the account and return the processing result. The verification details and outcomes include:
1) If no account is registered under the provided mobile number in FastFund, the deletion will fail.
2) If the account currently has active loans or orders under review, the deletion will fail.
3) If neither of the above conditions applies, the account will be successfully deleted.

Data Erasure & Retention Statement
1. Data Erasure
Upon user-initiated account deletion, FastFund will permanently
remove the following data:✓ Personal information (loan purpose, name, marital status, education level, phone number, email address)
✓ Contact information, device information, application list, advertising identifier, and approximate location information
✓ User behavior information and behavioral analytics
2. Legally Mandated Data Retention
The following data categories will be preserved in compliance with
statutory requirements:✓ Financial transaction archives (maintained for fraud prevention and regulatory audits)
✓ Loan repayment chronologies (retained to satisfy credit reporting mandates)
✓ Evidentiary materials pertaining to active litigation or official investigations
3. Retention Timeline
Pursuant to Section 2.8 of the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation
(NDPR) and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) guidelines, all retained
data will be securely maintained for a 60-month (5-year) period
commencing from the account deletion date
